Fall Writers’ Conference 2024

The Fall Writers’ Conference focuses on the craft of writing. It’s intended to help people who are eager to write a novel in the autumn or winter to get their bearings to improve their odds of success. Our theme this year is creativity — how to be creative while being anxious as a writer, and how creativity can still work within the publishing industry’s metadata boxes.
Two talks mixed with plenty of hands-on guided and individual work will help participants to walk away with a solid plan for drafting a novel over this year’s cold-weather months.
The conference is sponsored by Lakeshore Literary Foundation. It’s offered as a part of the West Michigan Author Alliance program.
